So, you are probibly wondering why there aren't forums for the content. Here at Geek Nexus we are going to do something a little different. We are going to let the Clubs do most of the heavy lifting. That's right our Clubs system will be where we post news, topics, images, and reviews of content. But here is where you the members come in. If you don't see something that you want to talk about, say like a specific Anime, Game, Sci-fi franchise. then YOU can make a club to allow other members likeminded to join and you can fanboy/fangirl all you want! There are some criteria for the clubs and that will be set here.

🛡️ Geek Nexus Club Rules

  1. Club Approval Required
All new clubs must be submitted for approval by staff before launch. This ensures quality, cohesion, and prevents duplicate or inactive groups.

  2. All Clubs Must Be Public
Geek Nexus is built on openness and shared passion. Private or invite-only clubs are not permitted. Everyone deserves a chance to explore and engage.

  3. Clear Purpose & Theme
Clubs must have a defined focus—whether it’s anime, gaming, sci-fi, comics, tech, movies, or a crossover niche. Vague or overly broad clubs may be rejected or merged.

  4. Active Leadership
Each club must have at least one active leader responsible for moderation, engagement, and keeping the club alive.

  5. Respectful Conduct
Club members must follow all site-wide rules. Toxic behavior, gatekeeping, or harassment will result in warnings or removal.

  6. No Duplicate Clubs
If a similar club already exists, consider joining forces or proposing a unique spin. We want diversity, not redundancy.

  7. Lore-Friendly Naming Encouraged
While not required, we love names that fit the Nexus vibe—think multiverse, fandom fusion, or thematic flair.

  8. Inactive Clubs May Be Archived
Clubs with no activity for 60+ days may be archived or removed. Leaders will be notified beforehand

🌀 How to Start a Club
  • Reach a minimum of 5 posts on the community.

  • Submit your club idea via the Club Creation Portal

  • Include: name, theme, description, and proposed leader(s)

  • Staff will review and respond within 3–5 days

Let your fandom flourish. Let your club be a beacon. Welcome to the Nexus.
